APPOINTMENTS

DEPOSIT

All bookings require a £15 non-refundable deposit, which will secure your appointment and will be taken via the Fresha app at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

CANCELLATION

Whilst we understand that sometimes things can happen out of our control, we do require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Any no-shows or cancellations that happen within 48 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your original booking. Otherwise, the appointment must be cancelled and a cancellation fee may be incurred.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. Payment must be made before leaving your appointment.

LIABILITY

During your appointment you will be required to fill in a consent form. This form acts as a binding contract.

GIFT CARDS

How will my gift voucher be delivered?

All digital vouchers are delivered instantly via email, making them perfect for last-minute gifts. You can forward the voucher to your recipient or print it out to present in person.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer a physical gift card you can contact us directly to pick up your gift card from our studio.

Can gift vouchers be used on any treatment?

Yes - vouchers can be redeemed against any facial treatment at The Skin Project.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do I need to book a treatment in advance?

Yes, all treatments must be booked prior to visiting the studio. Your recipient can book online and add their voucher code at checkout or show it at their appointment.

Can I refund or exchange a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but they can be transferred to someone else if needed.

What if the treatment costs more than the voucher value?

Your recipient can simply pay the difference at the time of booking or during their appointment.

What if the treatment costs less than the voucher value?

Any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date and can be used toward future treatments.

Can I choose my own voucher amount?
